About Me

I have been professionally studying and working with individuals, families, and communities for the past 18 years. I am a positive thinker who aspires to make a difference in my daily interaction with others. I am highly motivated by both internal and external factors. This motivation is directly linked to my passion towards people and life in general. I pride myself in my work and am dedicated to the people I work with. I truly enjoy seeing how people develop and grow.

I am deliberate in my actions, and I see myself as a life-long learner with a willingness to learn from others. I allow myself to venture into situations that are not necessarily familiar to me, with challenging results at times. However, I always face my challenges and work through it. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned from my coaching experience, is that there is no such thing as failure, the only failure there is, is when you give up. Otherwise, get up, and do it differently next time!

I see myself as an altruist, valuing people and relationships. I teach my own children to have respect for themselves, others, and the environment. This is also a goal I set for myself. I am here for you, to support and guide, and to ultimately empower you to allow yourself to be transformed.

My qualifications include a PhD in Psychology, a Doctorate in Play Therapy, and Master’s degrees in Research Psychology and Play Therapy. I am internationally accredited with the Transformation Coaching Academy, and registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
